Growing up in the Catskill Mountain region of New York, I developed a deep appreciation of nature, it’s beauty and harmony. I have always enjoyed drawing and have worked in charcoal, graphite, and soft pastels. Within the last several years I have used acrylic paint to create dot art and to paint nature scenes on dried leaves. These paintings, on such delicate objects, express the delicacy of life, how perfect the imperfect can be, and how beautiful our world is.
