I primarily paint oil landscapes, plein aire (outdoors) whenever possible. I also paint with acrylics and watercolors. I am inspired by the natural world and the outdoors, particularly Ocracoke Island, NC and also right in my own neighborhood, Westminster MD. Other plein aire painting locations include the southwest US and the Provence region of France. "Life" has side tracked me from painting for the past two years and I look forward to warmer weather to inspire me to go back to my easel.
